Eliza is a PhD candidate at the University of Sheffield, specializing in feminist philosophy and social epistemology. Her doctoral research examines the interplay between the beliefs audiences form through engagement with pornography, the epistemic vices they may exhibit, and the potential origins and ethical implications of these vices. During her MScR in Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh, Eliza conducted interdisciplinary research exploring homoerotic fanfiction as a potential form of feminist pornography. This study integrated perspectives from philosophy, pornography studies, and fan studies. Additionally, she maintains a strong interest in transnational feminism.
